Problem
Problem
When goals, schedules, tasks, notes, and reports live in separate tools, daily priorities easily lose their connection to long-term goals. HaruSync started from the need for one planner workspace where individuals and groups can plan, execute, review, and share their routines together.
Approach
Approach
I separated routing and layouts for mobile, tablet, and web, then organized the product around dashboard, planner, all-items view, reports, and settings. Goals were modeled by time horizon, while schedules, tasks, journals, memos, quick add, sharing invites, external calendars, notifications, and widgets were designed to fit into one continuous planner flow.
Outcome
Outcome
HaruSync became defined as a smart planner rather than a simple calendar app, bringing together daily briefings, goal progress, task status, records, and activity summaries. The specification also established an extensible product structure beyond the MVP, covering authentication, onboarding, subscription gates, collaboration, platform-specific navigation, and notification resynchronization.
