Overview
Pearrolls (“we”) explains how ChulseokKok handles personal information. This policy covers the current app, including its development and closed-testing versions.
1. On-device information and purposes
The app stores attendance-book names, time zones, start dates, operating days and exceptions; members’ names, display order, participation periods and archive status; daily attendance, name snapshots, closing status, correction reasons and history; internal identifiers, backup/restore times and language settings. These support roster management, attendance and corrections, statistics, settings and backup/restore. Internal identifiers connect local records and are not advertising identifiers.
We do not collect these rosters or attendance records on a server or access them remotely. Attendance can reveal personal activities; enter only necessary information.
2. Accounts, networks and permissions
The current app has no registration/login, app server, automatic cloud synchronization, advertising, tracking/analytics SDK, server crash-reporting SDK, in-app purchases or subscriptions. It requests no camera, microphone, location or contacts permissions. Restore reads a file you select through the system picker; export uses system sharing. The app does not collect an inventory of device files.
3. Backups, CSV and external services
At your request, the selected attendance book is exported as a backup and its roster as CSV. Backups include names, attendance and correction history. The app does not encrypt backups or CSV files. Restore replaces the selected book’s current data; it is not automatic synchronization.
You choose recipient apps, file providers or cloud storage. Their subsequent storage, transmission and processing abroad are governed by their policies and your settings, outside our control. Operating-system backup and device transfer are separate platform features and may process data depending on the platform and settings. Android automatic backup is currently disabled in the app configuration; this does not guarantee prevention of every form of device-transfer copying.
4. Retention and deletion
Local records remain until you manage or delete them. Archiving a member may preserve historical name snapshots and attendance. Delete all applies to the selected book, not every other book or the separate language setting. Uninstalling or clearing app data removes local data as implemented by the platform.
On startup, the app cleans temporary export files at least 24 hours old; delete all also attempts to clean temporary exports. External saved/shared files and system backup copies are not removed by app deletion or delete all. Delete them separately at their storage locations. We cannot recover or remotely delete device records.
5. Support requests
For email inquiries, we use your email address, any name you supply, message and attachments, and device/app versions or error details you provide to respond and resolve issues. Do not send unnecessary rosters or attendance records; redact personal information in attachments. Ordinary inquiry information is deleted one year after resolution, unless a legal retention obligation requires a different period.
6. Disclosure, processors and international transfers
We do not sell or disclose local roster/attendance data, entrust it to an external server provider or transmit it to overseas servers. Inquiry information is disclosed only where permitted, such as with your consent or a lawful legal demand. App stores and operating systems independently process distribution/diagnostic information under their own policies. User-directed external sharing follows section 3.
7. Rights and requests
You and authorized representatives may request access, correction, deletion or restriction of inquiry information we hold, as applicable under law, at contact@pearrolls.com. We may verify authority as necessary. Manage local records on your device; there is no account-deletion process. People named in a book may request correction or deletion from the user managing it.
8. Children and other people’s information
The app does not collect children’s accounts or ages. Users entering information about children or others must ensure necessary consent or another lawful basis, respect guardians’ rights and protect the information. Avoid unnecessary sensitive information. If we learn that children’s information was improperly submitted through support, we take appropriate action, including deletion.
9. Safeguards
The app limits processing to device storage and user-initiated file operations. It provides no app-level database or backup encryption. Use device locks, operating-system updates, access controls and secure file storage. We limit access to inquiry information we hold to necessary personnel and securely delete it when no longer needed.
10. Changes and contact
We update this policy before starting changed processing due to new features, SDKs or practices, and announce changes on the website or through suitable notices.
